Amotherby Table Tennis Club

Amotherby Table Tennis Club is a thriving club of about 30 members of all ages and abilities.

Run by Andy Seed, the Club plays in Amotherby Parish Hall. There are four tables and the Club is willing to loan out equipment to anyone who wants to borrow some.

The Club has seven teams in the friendly Ryedale TT League (www.ryedalett.net) playing in all three divisions. It also runs two sessions for beginners and those who prefer to play on more of a social basis.

“We are very friendly and are always happy to see new people coming along. Table tennis is an excellent sport for those aged 50+ particularly, and over half our players fit into that age bracket,” said Andy.

The sessions for juniors and social players are on Wednesdays:

6.30-7.30pm – juniors (of school age) with coaching (Cost £1)

7.30-9pm – open practice session for all ages, everyone welcome (£2)
