St Helen’s Appeal for Ukraine
St Helen’s Church had a great response to their Donations for Ukraine appeal.
‘We had over 40 bags of children and adults clothing, toiletries, nappies, toys and shoe box gifts. We took the donations to Jacob’s Well in Beverley so they would arrive in Ukraine before Christmas. A huge thank you to everyone who kindly donated.’

Christmas Carols by Candlelight will take place at St Helen’s Church, Amotherby on Sunday 15th December at 3:00pm. Everyone welcome.
Message from St. Helen’s Church, Amotherby following the Christmas Appeal for Ukraine
Following the recent appeal, two car loads of clothing, toys, nappies, toiletries and shoe box gifts for children were taken along to Jacob’s Well in Beverley.
There will be a shipment to Ukraine during early December, so the donations will arrive there before Christmas.

The Annual Remembrance Service will take place at the War Memorial in St Helen’s Churchyard, Amotherby on Sunday 10th November at 10:45am when the names of the fallen from Broughton, Swinton, Appleton and Amotherby will be called.
