Where possible the minutes were scanned initially in periods of 5 years and then 10 years. However because of the need to ensure file sizes were not too large, it became necessary to keep scans to only 2 years.
There are two periods were minutes are missing – 1910 to 1922 included the First World War years and this may have been why none seem to have been kept. But from 1946 to 1951 it is possible there are missing pages.
